News24 | Butterflied lamb shoulder

This is one of the easiest things to braai, for me. There’s no need to be intimidated by the bigger cut. Your butcher can butterfly the shoulder, then all you need to do is marinate or season it. It can serve quite a few people, giving Sunday roast vibes but in a more laid-back way, and doesn’t take all that long to cook.
