News24 | Canal Walk owner Hyprop upbeat despite slight dip in SA footfall

Hyprop Investments, one of the SA' largest shopping mall owners, has reported a slight dip in local footfall so far in its 2025 year. But it says other metrics have fared better, in part due to efforts to reduce the risk of municipal dysfunction, and some of its new retail tenants are firsts for SA.
