Jaitley slams Congress, asks 'who killed Sohrabudin case investigation'

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Monday hit out at the Congress, accusing it of "killing" the CBI in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh-Tulsiram Prajapati and Kausar Bi's alleged encounter killing case.
